APPLICATION FOR CONSTRUCTION OF FLOATATION PITS TO AID INSTALLATION OF THE RAMPION EXPORT CABLE

 

Notice is hereby given that Rampion Offshore Wind has applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence to undertake construction of flotation pits to aid the installation of the Rampion offshore wind export cable. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected during opening times at Worthing Library, Richmond Road, Worthing, BN11 1HD.

 

Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register.

 

Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of Thursday 16th June 2016, quoting reference MLA/2016/00136

 

The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
