Drones or Small Unmanned Aircraft (SUA) or Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) are not permitted to be flown within the Newhaven Harbour Limits unless the flight is for commercial use and the operator has obtained permission from the Harbour Master. This is for reasons of security, public safety and navigational safety. No recreational/pleasure flights are permitted.
