MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009
APPLICATION FOR RAMPION OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE FACILITY
Notice is hereby given that Rampion Offshore Wind Ltd. has applied to the Marine Management Organization under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine license to undertake the construction of the Rampion Operations and Maintenance Facility. Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the Lewes New Library Building, Styles Field, Lewes BN7 2LZ.
Copies of the application and associated information may be viewed on line in the Public Register at www.gov.uk/check-marine-licence-register by searching for the reference number MLA/2016/00278.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Lancaster House, Hampshire Court, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of 21st October 2016, quoting reference MLA/2016/00278.
The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
